If an item of jewellery isn’t quite perfect for you, we’ll gladly alter it in our expert in-house workshop.

Computer-Aided Design

We’re proud to share that our Chelmsford jewellery workshop benefits from computer-aided design (CAD) software. This allows us to create a highly detailed, precise and accurate 2D or 3D model of what a piece of jewellery will look like, including exact dimensions, which we can then show to our customer. 

This also allows us to modify and change the design before the piece is made and without starting from scratch, saving time and making the overall process more affordable. It also makes the design and creation process much more collaborative, which is perfect for custom pieces such as engagement rings or personalised gifts.
